Roles & Requirements

The successful candidate will be an application, data, and systems savvy professional with skills and experience delivering cloud-based, data-powered, technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and experience, a business-minded approach to working with external clients, and a technical foundation that allows them to lead with context. Specific requirements are:

• 2+ years of application software development experience – preferably SaaS platform based
• 5+ years managing technical projects related to IT applications, database systems, and hosted solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment while promoting teamwork
• Experience collaborating with offshore development and other technical resources
• Project management certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements for client-facing application systems
• Leading meetings with clients from discovery through execution and project status reporting
• Holding regular team meetings to track progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members for specific projects or initiatives
• Facilitating communication with, and between, client team members and Contata Solutions team members
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Developing, promoting, and maintaining standards and tools for portfolio and project management, with the goal of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope
• Ensuring project commitments are met
