Java Technology Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver cloud-native applications using Java, Spring frameworks, and modern UI technologies.
• Lead technical implementation, ensuring best practices in architecture, coding, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams while managing design reviews and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Analyze requirements, provide estimates, and take ownership of application development and delivery.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or other Java-based web frameworks.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as N-Tier, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures.
• Experience with ORM frameworks including Hibernate, JPA, and iBatis.
• Proficiency in working with databases.
• Exposure to UI technologies such as Angular, React, Knockout, or Backbone.
• Experience collaborating with international clients.
• Ability to work directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Capability to create and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Strong skills in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, prepare estimates, and take ownership of assigned applications.
• Experience in designing small to medium-sized applications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and deliverables.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring/observability tools.
