Identity and Access
When you sign up for Worbix, we ask for your name, site name, and email address. That’s just so you can personalize your new account, and we can send you invoices, updates, or other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission, either.
When you write to us with a question or to ask for help, we’ll keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. We also store any information you volunteer, like surveys, support tickets or suggestions, for as long as it makes sense.
The only times we’ll ever share your info:
- To provide products or services you’ve requested, with your permission.
- To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Worbix Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
Worbix won’t hand your data over to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to. We reject requests from local and federal law enforcement when they seek data without a court order. And unless we’re legally prevented from it, we’ll always inform you when such requests are made.
All data is encrypted when transmitted from our servers to your browser. Data isn’t encrypted while it’s live in our database since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it.
When you cancel your account, we’ll ensure that nothing is stored on our servers past 30 days. Anything you delete on your account while it’s active will also be removed within 30 days.
Your Personal Information
Your contact’s information: When you add an email distribution list or create a contact in Worbix, we have access to this data and the information associated with your contact. We do not sell your contact’s information, email or contact your list or steal or share your list. However, if we receive complaints from a contact about your communication with them, we will connect with them to guarantee you are complying with our Terms of Service.
Information from your use of Worbix: we may get information about how and when you use Worbix. This information may include your IP address, the time of day you visit Worbix, your browser and actions taken by you within the application.
To bill and collect monies owed: We may send you emails, invoices, receipts, notices of delinquency and alert you via a phone call if we need different credit card information. We use third parties for secure credit card processing, and we send your billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.
