A leading loyalty and CRM solutions provider partnered with Contata Solutions to gear its existing DNN-based (DotNetNuke) loyalty portal with greater customization capabilities. In addition, the portal was further enhanced for greater stability, higher performance and flexibility. New modules were developed for specific customers using DNN’s reusable and configurability features. Through a Global Delivery Model (GDM) engagement, Contata Solutions delivered a highly reliable and cost-efficient development and QA services for the benefit of the client.
The enhanced portal offers highly customized search parameters that are distinct to each customer. Member information like membership details, points gained, reward details, etc. are now easily accessible in a consolidated form. Effective administration of users’ credentials, access details, security, etc. ensures hassle-free access to the portal. Transactions are captured to track and verify in case of a transaction mismatch. The portal also allows members to make requests and receive points in case the award points are not credited duly.
