Skills Required

  • Demonstrated sales and marketing support experience with an IT services / product development company
  • Working with an offshore India based company and providing support to international sales team located in those geographies
  • Someone who is wants to lead a team of people in this function and has proven himself in some of the above responsibilities, someone who is working in step-up role for the last 3-6 month.
  • Strong collaboration and decision making skills
  • Able to work in flexible hours to support US based business development team.
  • Someone who can multi task efficiently.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial candidate

 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the lead management process from Noida. This includes tasks like: strategy, sourcing, market research, analysis, prospecting, need / opportunity identification, and conversion of suspects to prospects.
  • Sales pipeline management – includes US based pipeline and local India based calling
  • Sales support tasks like – making proposal / presentations, coordinate with architects / PMs / lead for estimation and effort, etc.
  • Email campaign management.
  • Develop and / or coordinate the development of marketing collaterals: brochures, white papers, case studies
  • Maintain sales CRM systems and database
  • Business development team lead
  • Status report and statistical information for management.
Experience 5 – 7 Years
Role Lead
Education
  • MCA / BTech / BE / MBA with IT services industry work experience
  • UG in any discipline (for Existing IT professional, who have successfully moved into IT services marketing).
